Engraving is FREE. AT Elite Trophies, there are no hidden costs and we work transparently with you to deliver exactly what you need.
Please upload a Word file, Excel file, or PDF.
This is FREE. Providing the trophy you select has space for a 25mm Club logo, this is included in the base price of the trophy. Simply upload your Club logo when you place your order.
Ideally, you’ll need to send us a high-resolution file such as:
- .eps
- .cdr
- .ai
We can, however, also work with .jpg, .png, or .pdf files.
The larger the file, the better!
For sports trophies and medals we recommend a maximum of 4 lines of text on the trophy plate
For Corporate awards it depends on the engravable area of the award. Send us through what you want on the award and we will put together an artwork proof for your approval
The method of engraving we use is laser engraving. Our modern state of the art laser engraving equipment has the flexibility to engrave on many different materials of all shapes and sizes with precision and gives dynamic results
We will email an artwork proof within one business day for all corporate awards for your approval before we commence engraving
For sporting awards and medals your order is carefully proofed in-house by our experienced team unless you specify otherwise
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and PayPal at our online checkout.
We also accept direct deposit. If you elect to pay via direct deposit, your order is initially treated as a quote and production on your order will not commence until payment has been made and cleared.
We do not add a surcharge for credit card payments.
Production on your order requires 5 working days from when we receive your order. Thereafter, delivery to most metropolitan areas in Australia takes 1-2 working days. For orders requiring delivery to regional or rural areas, please contact us directly so we can provide you with an accurate time frame for the delivery of your order.

We offer FREE delivery Australia-wide for all orders over $50. For orders under $50 there is a $9.90 flat shipping fee.
